Current Openings
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients referred through DFACS and private pay. Must hold a valid Georgia LPC license. Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
Requirements
- Valid Georgia LPC or LPC-Associate license
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
Conduct substance abuse assessments and provide counseling services to individuals and families. Work collaboratively with DFACS caseworkers and other service providers to support client recovery goals.
Requirements
- Valid Georgia CSAC or CAC certification
- Experience conducting substance abuse assessments
- Ability to work with DFACS-referred clients
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Behavior-Aide
Provide in-home and community-based behavioral support services to children and adolescents. Work directly with youth to develop coping skills, reduce problematic behaviors, and support positive development under clinical supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Case Manager
Coordinate services and provide case management support to clients and families. Maintain accurate case records, communicate with DFACS caseworkers, and connect clients with community resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
- Experience in case management or social services
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of community resources in the Cartersville/Bartow County area
